Sometimes they get featured but get so many downvotes they go back to "submitted status" so no one gets to see them.
Haters and trolls will give downvotes to get rid of your memes. Or you offended a lot of people and they downvoted. The two I mentioned in this meme had hundreds of views and many upvotes. I don't know if trolls got me or if people were just offended.
