What the f**k are states, anyway? Are they cities? They don't act like cities. There are cities in states. You can't have a city in a city (as far as I know). Are states boroughs, like in London, where there's Westminster and Kensington, ect. But aren't boroughs in cities? Or are the states... Actually COUNTRIES?!?!?!?! America's full name is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE IS UNITED?! THE UNITED KINGDOM!!! AND EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THE UNITED KINGDOM IS MADE OF 4 COUNTRIES!!! And that also explains why there are DIFFERENT LAWS IN DIFFERENT STATES!!!

I think counties is probably closest, but from the Bible Belt, the changes in gun laws and the way they often hate each other, they may as well be countries. But, that would make them even more uncontrollable than they are now.
