lol There's a bit of "work" if you call making memes, commenting, and upvoting other's memes work. Basically we just pick dates, then use some submissions a few days ahead of it to promote it, comment to friends to spread the word etc. The biggest thing is to take time each day during the week to search the theme tags and try to comment and upvote on as many of the submissions as possible and thank everyone for participating. So far I've hosted Art Week, Geek Week, Military Week, and NSFW Weekend, and they've all been real successful, especially Art Week. Hosting is lots of fun and really helps you gain notice and points. I was thinking of doing Chicken Week if you're interested in co-hosting. Or if you have another theme in mind
