How do you get 3 submissions a day, I only get 2.

I remember my head being blown away when I heard for the first time that 3 submissions were possible!

To get them,just be active on IMGFlip,submit regularly,and after some time,you'll get them

I am active on Imgflip and submit every day and I still have 2 submissions. Maybe only the top users get to submit 3 times a day.

Nah,I got 3 submissions somewhere in November,and I got to the Top 100 about a month ago

Don't worry you'll get there I got my three submissions in January and I've been here sense December..... all you need to do is use all of your submitions amd be on daily... like PMH said
