Typically, you make a tag like music Week, maybe there's one already. Then the sponsor(s) check that for featured memes and respond to all of them. I've never done one. But I hate it when I make a meme for an event and the host doesn't even reply!

I checked, there aren't any memes with the music week tag, so it hasn't been done before. But would you want to co-sponsor it?
