Chara didn't kill 1,000,000 monsters they only killed 1 all the monsters dying was all the player.....other than that Chara would win because they can take control of people and surely robots and make them die that way!
chara isn't evil, and undertale isn't that black and white. you killed all the monsters but because you can't handle the consequences of your actions you blamed everything on a fictional, dead child
