I've haven't taken a net day off in about two years, always make up the time when I do take a day off, and have been working over 40 a week for most weeks the last two years. But my boss found out recently he's legally required to pay time and a half for anything over 40, so he's limiting us to 40. I hate it because I need the extra income. But it's nice to have a little more down time. Since I can only do 40 I'm going to ask if I can do four ten hour days and have a three day weekend so I can actually get some projects done at home and have more time for hunting and fishing.
