My rule is to turn the joke around on them. When it ceases to be amusing for me, then I ghost them and they are dead to me. They can and usually do get the last word in, but that's about their only puny little strength. If they wanna go on a cowardly downvote swarm well then let them do their worst - but it won't be without a fight. :-)

space saw a downtick in upvotes for all his memes after enough anti-Trump jokes. there's a pretty clear community position here on some basic themes.

I'm really just here to have fun, and maybe make a few friends along the way. I rarely have any funny ideas on political memes so I don't post them. :-)

i'm not really very politically motivated. but the racist comments i see on threads here really kills my mood, so i consciously aim not to invite them.
