Memer's block... I've been there, it still happens to me sometimes. Here are some ideas if you want some advice.
Sometimes when I can't come up with ideas, I look through my older unsubmitted creations (usually meme comments but sometimes gifs, pie charts and demotivationals) If you find something there you think would work, you can add a title and relevant tags and submit. Some long time users say they will recreate those old comments if they intend to submit.
