Vocalist with a band I grew up with in my youth. Died the other day. Had an unusual method of singing. More like speaking-singing.

Not that big of a deal. I liked much of their music; some was just okay. I was surprised when I saw the obits. Then the wording of the meme popped into my head. There is humor in almost anything. :)

At least one user understood it. :) The were still out there making music, Smith just hired new musicians when the need arose. I saw them live sometime in the early '90s. Their best period musically.
