Mozilla, maker of the Firefox browser, filed a suit on Tuesday at US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit requesting a review of the FCC's repeal.
The repeal of net neutrality would turn internet service providers into gatekeepers -- allowing them to put profits over consumers while controlling what we see, what we do, and what we say online. 22 states have also filed suits.

Oregon is one; for that I can take pride.

I live in Portland. The manager of my local taproom said she and her boyfriend were looking for a new place to live and their first criteria would be a state's stand FOR net neutrality. Now I'll have to ask her since Oregon jumped on the bandwagon. That IS such a Portland way of thinking. :D
