In a lot of cases, I agree there is a financial motivation in claiming to be a victim of sexual abuse. But let's assume that Eliza was being truthful, saying that "Waiting 25 Years Invalidates Your Claim" is morally deplorable, it doesn't matter when an abuse victim speaks up, justice should still be pursued.
