Expanding the Guitar Players Brain

Ibanez isn't really that bad in my opinion, but I do prefer B.C. Rich out of all of these choices.

Try all have their merits I guess. I would like to take one of those no name crappy wood guitars and turn it into a tone monster. Throw in some DiMarzio Super Distortions or Lace Finger Burners and boost the capacitors in the cavity, swap out the pots, etc.

Yeah, you're not wrong. I see what you mean, there are some no-names you can upgrade it like that, and there are some that you're just better off selling it for a quick buck.
