One thing is that Superman doesn’t train he just uses his superpowers. Someone who has superpowers and trains is better than one that doesn’t train no matter what.

A trained master of various martial arts would never be able to beat an indestructible God. However, put a piece of kryptonite on a weapon or glove, on the other hand, and even I can beat him.

I know but if someone had the same superpowers as Superman if they trained he would beat him no matter what.
