Be nice to your waiters and waitresses, they're people too!

Pet peeve of mine is folks blaming a server for something the chef cooked improperly or the restaurant being too cold or hot. They only have so much control.

'Cos we don't tip as part of culture here in Oz, I save all my silver coins and every few months deposit them on the counter for the crew to do with as they please!

I got paid about 2.35 an hour and busted my butt. Tips were my life during high school and college. *That's nice of you to do :)

Fishing was great, but hot around 35 celsius, so got a bit sunburnt, but very relaxing.

I'm mainly targeting Black Bream and Tailor (I think you guys call these Bluegills?)

I think either sunfish or bluegill, yes. We usually catch and release. A couple times a year, we will have a fish fry. The pond is clean, so the fish are good. I find the bass to be a fun catch. However, there aren't any lakes or rivers around here I would eat the fish from. :( * I also enjoy catching the fish, but then feel sad about it. It's a love/hate activity for me. Ha!

Yep, it's all catch and release for me and all lures - no bait. I just can't be bothered with hassle and mess and it spoils pretty quick in this heat!
