Over 40 hours for about 90 of the last 100 weeks with no net day off in two years. Body is feeling it though :(

Thanks. I'm ashamed to say though, I spent many years being selfish and irresponsible, so now I'm trying to dig us out of a deep hole and trying hard to be a better husband and have been making hard life changes over the last two years. I wish I could get all those wasted years back

lol I'm paying for it today though. Had to take a sick day because of back pain and not feeling well. Should have slowed down last week after pulling a muscle in my back, but worked 50 hours anyway. Playing on here keeps me sane lol
