I'd heard of those books, but having been Presbyterian when I attended church decades ago our ilk tended not to go for those 'fundamentalist' screeds. Nowadays those 'fundamentalist' Christians who might see this argument would say that Trump doesn't fit that at all and then blame the fake news or Hillary. :P Same thing when a 'fundamentalist' candidate for Senate in Alabama gets caught out for sexual assault on teenagers.
