Once upon a time, there was a man who lived in England. He had dull brown eyes and brittle dirty blond hair. His name was Thisleton.He didn't look that attractive, but he still managed to get married and have 3 children.
One night, Thisleton was helping his wife clean their kitchen, when he heard a knock on the door. Thisleton put his cleaning rag down and answered the door, it was the local messenger boy.
"Good evening, sir. I have come to tell you some important but spine-shaking news.", the boy said. Thisleton looked at him with a serious expression and allowed the boy to speak.
"The Parliament is requesting soldiers from families all over England. Meaning by that, you need to pack up your things tonight and leave for war at dawn when the vehicle comes."
Thisleton didn't like what he just heard, but he still thanked the messenger boy and shut the door tightly. He called his children and wife into the livingroom so he could explain what happened. When his family did come into the livingroom, he could see their vibrant and happy attitudes. Thisleton now felt guilty because of the news he shall share upon them.
"Listen, I just received news from the messenger boy, and I am required to join the army. I don't know how long I will be gone, but I will love you no matter what.", Thisleton explained with a depressed voice. All 3 of his children began to cry vigorously, while his wife comforted them. She was crying as well. Thisleton told them to go ahead and sleep now. He needed to pack for war.
Early next morning before dawn, Thisleton grabbed his luggage and kissed his sleeping children. He the gently woke up his wife and said, "I will miss you, but do not let your depression eat you.". His wife hugged him and the kissed him on the lips until the vehicle arrived. Thisleton slowly got on and waved his wife goodbye. She waved back.
