There are two things wrong with the fourth sentence.
1. It’s the wrong your it’s supposed to be you’re
2. It repeats the word twice

Actually there is something wrong with every sentence. No punctuation at the end.
The sentences with corrections goes a follows:
1. There are five sentences.
2. You read that wrong.
3.You look back to see if there was anything wrong.
4. You realize you were correct.
5. You read that wrong.
