Not sure why this one didn't feature. There's nothing here I see that's outside the terms. I've had a bunch of memes that never featured, but most of those were probably because they had no captions. The only advice I can give is remake it and try submitting again, or leave it behind. When you get up to 100+ submissions you're bound to have this happen, especially if you submit memes made with custom images.
