In the army I could've done a few, but not anymore. It's been almost 11 years since I left.

Lmao yea I understand that I told myself that I was gonna keep in shape when I retired and I did for about a year then reinjured my back. Was out of commision for about 4 months and now I have to force myself to go to gym or on a run and it has only been a little over 3 years since I retired

You did the full 20 years? I pegged you as about 30 years old, but if you did the whole 20 years I guess you're in your 40 now?

That sucks you had to be medically discharged. PTSD is nothing to take lightly. I knew a few in my unit who had symptoms of PTSD. I did only 6 years and got out, 2001-2007. I'll be 40 next year. 0.o
