Do nukes launch themselves? No....People activate nukes. Pinpoint where they go. Then fire them. The bombs we dropped on china. Do you think the nukes are what killed them? Yes but it could have been prevented by us Americans just deciding. No we don't need to use this weapon of mass destruction.
