Any person wanting to do a mass killing does not necessarily NEED guns to do it. The 9-11 hi-jackers only had box cutters and you see what they did. Timothy McVeigh used a Ryder rental truck and homemade explosives. A lot of mass killings this year around the globe using vehicles. I still wonder why Paddock did it, though.
