Seriously, how do any of the users on the site make a meme week?!

Then you go bug DashHopes or Raydog or Socrates or isayisay to help you promote it. They are nice about it. I"m sure there are others you could ask as well. Avoid "All Canadians stink" week cuz it's not true plus Dash might not think it's too cool. I've never started a theme week myself but it seems to go like that. :D
