This is how I do it. When I wanna use an image from my computer or cell phone to REPLY to someone, I hit the "Add Meme" button and then the "Upload Image From Your Device" button. As you probably know, a box will pop up on my screen. There will be a tiny square next to the words "Allow this template to be shared publicly. I click that little square. Then I select whichever image I want from my computer, add a caption and click on the "Post Comment" button. What will then happen is, I am taken to another page, but the image from my computer is still on my screen. The good news is, that image is now in my template section. Unfortunately I now have to go back to the meme or comment I wanna reply to and hit the "Add Comment" button again, but at least I know that the image I wanna reply with is now readily available in my personal templates section
