Reminds me of something my super redneck friend used to do to her 2 year old (I didn't have kids yet). We would all 3 go to the store and her little girl would pitch a fit for a toy. She'd hand it to her, let her play with it whole time in store. Time to check out and she hands it to cashier and says naw we ain't gettin' that! Lmao I thought it was so mean but it shut the kid up in the store!
