Just use the embed codes. The link will be there as well as the image. apparently, this is the approved method by imgflip,otherwise they wouldn't have put it there.

I just realized the easiest way. Right click the image you want to use, and select view image. Then use the url to the image alone, and that will do the trick look at my reply to e-sushi.

While I personally agree, I'm not so sure that's a good tip because "use the embedd code" was what got me into alike trouble more than once.

Meanwhile, I simply right-click the image I want to post and copy the image url to post that into my comment. Spares me stripping markup from the embed codes and also spares me spam accusations resulting out of using the "Image Link".

At least, that's what I ended up doing to satisfy the crowd.

That was what I was trying to explain… obviously, I failed to describe it in a logic way. LOL

You skipped the view image step I think. but copy image location works well. There are a few that do it just to drive traffic to their meme.

I had bad experience with that a few years ago. tried it, and got the page URL instead of image url. I see they fixed it, Good call.
