What I imagine happened when I see so many of my formerly featured memes back in submitted status.

I think you have to be around for a while or have a certain number of points before you can use all the features.
Like you had to have like 1000 or 2000 points to comment with a meme.
Do you have 3 submissions a day or only 2?

Don't know I made 2 yesterday after I reached 1000 and made 1 today my problem is I can't think of anything funny but when I'm reading other people's post I try to be a smart ass and reply but I always upvote everything

Upvoting is good. You and the other person get points when you upvote.
I get a lot of my inspiration for memes when I look at other memes and comments. The answer I think of is my next meme idea. Sometimes I get ideas from reading articles about how crazy some people act.

Some people don't like "reposts" but I bet the top users have maybe 50% original content. They get ideas from other meme websites and Facebook pages.
