Most guys work hourly or union jobs and are paid the same as women.

I'm a straight, white male with a normal name - so everyone just assumes that I'm a bigoted, racist, homophobic misogynist. But the "gender-based difference in pay" works to my benefit. So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.
