Most people know Stalin to have been head of Russia anyway, so it's all good. Kinda like people who meme about Frankenstein and depict the monster instead of the doctor who created it, even though the doctor's name was Frankenstein, not the actual monster. It was just known as Frankenstein's monster. Which is interesting, considering they made a movie shortly thereafter called "Bride of Frankenstein"
