if you select add meme and then pick from the 25 or so popular ones that is the easiest. If you want a different template than that you either have to upload your own image or use add image and stretch it over a similar sized popular one. That works best if you are on a PC though and not a phone. When you are all finished hit post comment.
Select "add meme" then "upload from your device" select a picture (download from Google images), select "upload" add text, select "generate" and finally select "post comment" :) It may be different if you're on a phone - hope that helps :)
