I friggin hate that, did the previous guy not wash his hands? Or did he wash them and not dry them?, why tha fu@# is the handle wet? Ewe.

Anything wet in the restroom is questionable!!!

Seriously, it feels like most times they only dry my hands about 10% of the way...
