I have always wondered, how did you discover imgflip

When I used to hang out at Facebook, I would always see people share funny memes and I wanted to know how to make them myself...so I googled meme making sites and Imgflip was the first one I found...I started in March of 2015, but I only made memes for FB...then around August of 2015, I actually realized there was a community here and started submitting memes.

And then you became the top person

Eventually I did, but it didn't happen overnight...it took quite awhile and more hours logged into Imgflip than I care to admit...

That's how I spend most of my free time

I actually started img yo make Boxer memes for the dog group I was in. Samething I made many go memes before I started submitting here and my first memes on here are boxer memes lol

My first memes were political, but I quickly realized how quickly people get stupid arguing about politics so I decided to start moving away from that...religion too.

We should do politically religious memes lol

I s'pose we all came for similar reasons with similar stories. I too came here looking to make memes for another site. But I found Imgur first. lol But it sucks balls from miles away. Took a while before I realise that is a community here too.

My friend showed this site to me when we were looking to make memes from our school computers. I was using memegenerator.net or something, but he went onto this website, so I went on as well, found out you could make an account on here and get points, and the rest, as they say, is history. :)
