There are many examples of people that would be considered mentally handicapped, even severely handicapped, and play the piano like they've been playing for years and have a lot of talent they've developed over that time, and that play amazingly well the very first time they sit at a piano. Usually, they are regurgitating music that someone else has already written and recorded, but still....?
