You keep using that word "Liberals"

You keep using that word. I do not think that word means what you think it means. Do you know what it is? This Liberal? The republican party started as a Northern Liberal party. Abraham Lincoln was a Liberal. The Conservatives in the South were so fearful and angry. That the Northern Liberal was elected who might cause an end to slavery. That they succeeded from the nation. The ideal of all people are created equal, Freedom of religion, the Bill of Rights are all liberal concepts. Liberals fought to: End slavery & end Jim crow laws in the south. While they fought to give blacks the right to vote, minorities equal rights, women the right to vote, women equal pay and equal rights, protections for LGBT community. Clean water, clean air and protection of the environment. FDR The hated Liberal created the FSLA: Child labor laws, overtime laws, the 40 hour work week (weekends). Social Security Medicaid & Medicare (retirement), minimum wage. Liberal amendments ensured equal pay and non-discrimination. All those things now called the administrative State. So you say you "hate liberals?" Do you realize if you believe in thos things above. You are a liberal. That is why they call this a Liberal democracy. Its all those things you brag are better about this County in comparison to the middle east.
