Things can be marked as *made* a long time before being submitted and get featured. I've had at least one thing older than that when submitted and it featured. :D

If It didn't feature, it wouldn't be in the latest. If you saw it in the latest, well it was either downvoted, back to submission, or it was sent back to submitted by the mods! :)
