Trust me. I know. We had to do this when I was growing up. Most embarassing time with a payoff of cheese less tasteful than drywall.

Cheddar Cheese? Some cheddar cheeses can cost up to $20/lb, especially the ones that have been aged for a long time. American Cheese (Kraft Singles) sounds a lot cheaper!
