Yes because being a 12 year old kid playing in a park with toy gun is really just 'stupid' guess everyone should just stay home and avoid being mistaken by the cops as doing something 'stupid' like walking down the street or driving a car

yes. it was stupid for someone to get him a realistic looking gun. yes it was stupid to let him go to the park with it with out adult supervision. yes it was stupid for him to bwe pointing it at people. yes it was stupid that who ever gave him the toy gun did not tell him not to do that. it was stupid that when the cops showed up he started move his hand to his waist. my nephew wanted a toy bb gun. a cheep pos from the dollar store. he was told flat out. he could only play with it when he was with an adult and he was to never take it off the property.
