If you can't comment at all, it sounds like an issue where you need to verify your email (as AndrewFinlayson said in his comment).

If you can comment but not put memes in them, that could be due to downvotes.

I think you need to confirm your email address to be able to make comments. Check your email inbox for the confirmation email from imgflip. It may be in your spam folder.

If that doesn't work, next step would be send an email to [email protected] but based on my experience and your choice of username, I would not hold my breath waiting for a reply.

ONLY If you used a fake email to set up this account, use the arrow in the page upper right, go to settings, then edit settings. I think you can edit your primary email address, then hit update. If you are the real 123Guy, it's probably because the site knows your IP, and is not allowing you to comment after what you did. If you are not the real 123Guy, then it's because of the downvotes. I'm not upvoting or downvoting any of these accounts until I know who is real or not.
