Yup. It doesn't like gifs, and it has a meme hoarding problem. But seriously, of course. If I gave you my phone, the memes would have personality, and you could draw on them. It's a book, or a storyboard. How is that not alive? Superman or Catwoman, or whatever, they're more alive than most people.
