Submission allows your creation to be seen by the mods, who will evaluate them, then feature them at some point in time. This could happen in 0 to 24 hours depending on when you submit, how many other people are submitting, how many mods are looking at submissions, etc. there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't see.

makes it submitted. we don't know what happens to the submitted ones, behind the scenes, wht kind of precedures...and we like to keep it that way.
