yes and no. you need to pick your side first. then you can apply for the postion you wish, if you qualify, which mostly you do, because you have those kinds of livig experiences to get the tool set, and the gifts, then you go through training, and viola! there is a permenat position, and you can play differnet extras, as well. .. more later...
