if you use a desktop calendar with reminders, write in them things like
" today is friday"
"I am happy"
" i have solutions"
"God loves me"
"God understands me"
" I appreciate everything that comes way, whether I undertsnad it or not"
"I am not who they think I am"
..and things like that repeats everyday, and pops up in your screen, and a voice of your choice hat reads them that make you smile… then go about your day…
it changes everything… if you are not afraid to let go of misery.. that is...
