I've had alot of trouble with sleep over the past twenty years. I went to a specialist and got some therapy. It really helped me.

Try eating a banana 20 minutes before bed and reading a novel. I'm telling you, it works like a charm!

Looks like it is going to be one of those nights to banana and novel up :)
