Although they probably could have used a paint roller on the wall, I doesn't seem like the ladder would fall because it's being largely supported by the railing (not the guy in the blue shirt), BUT the ladder should have been strapped to help prevent any sideways tipping.... Of course, they didn't need to use a step-ladder -- which is really what 'looks' funny...
