Mainly because they created a new country (named the United States of America) which was a melting pot for many different cultures (European, Asian, Native American to a degree, and unfortunately African). American culture is substantially different than European culture as well (especially with politics).

And you also did answer your own question, they were born there.

Only because we enslaved the Africans. That's kinda our fault that we have Africans

I'm sorry I gave that impression. It's not that I don't like African culture, it's the way it was introduced.
