Not entirely sure what you're expecting promoters celebrities and thousands of civilian concert goers are supposed to do to fight terrorism. If anything it showes their resolve to continue on without fear and come together as a nation. Fighting the terrorism belongs in the hands of yhe intelligence, police, etc etc.
