It happens eventually and occasionally. I think I have about 16 or so that never featured. My feature rate is lower than that from about 40 creations I have deleted. Maybe post a link to it here as a reply. Copy and paste the full url including the https part. Users can take a look, maybe there is a reason why it didn't feature, but there might be no apparent reason.
