The automatic setting for popcorn on mine is 2:25, and that is :25 too long.

Don't forget that cooking times vary depending on the wattage of the oven.
So does age...4 years ago when my oven was new, 3 minutes was perfect for my 28 oz. ceramic coffee stein. Now it takes an extra 25 seconds!
