It's a skit from a 70's 80's comedy duo Cheech and Chong, about a couple o stoners one of which is knockin at the door saying " it's me Dave", to whit the other replies, "Dave's not here man", and so on and so forth.

LOLS...but in all actuality, that meme you're using is used out of context...in the original "Cool Hand Luke," it was used as a preamble to the Warden showing Luke just how much that he, the prisoner, had to learn about the warden's power.

Awesome movie though...and the best pop culture use of the Meme still remains Guns N' Roses' "Civil War.".
